We rescind to depression and Jealousy

We fail to realize that

Everything in Life follows an order

Life: We are born, we Grow, We Die

Education: Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary

Relationship: Contact, attraction, acquaintance, affection/friendship, Love

Movement: Sitting, Crawling, Walking, Running, Riding/Driving

The List is endless

The fact that we fancy our School Prefect

And have potential to be one someday,

Does not make us to jump Classes to get there

Else we get there unprepared and

Become just like every regular senior

God can take you through an abusive relationship

To prepare your heart to Loving the right way

He might Lead you through the desert

For you to experience an Oasis

Test and Trials, Like exams

Are not meant to kill us but

To bring out the best in us and

Separate us from the regular

It's all part of a Process

Man is designed to Crave for more

This is not meant to be the disaster

We have made it through greed and selfishness

 What do you Crave for?

Some of us are so greedy that

Even when God brings us to that Place of rest

We simply Blow it

Cos we look at some other person's Lifestyle with Envy

Learn to appreciate what you have

Be it your Job, Class, Relationship or Friends

It's all part of the Process

After all

To he who is Faithful in little much would be Given

If you want to live like OLIVER your life can only get TWISTed

Opinions.....

We hear them everyday

Some reasonable, others unreasonable

Some Lovely, others appalling

Some truthful, others misguided

In all

Human Opinion is so unstable

Determined by

Orientation, belief, principles, experience

And personal perception of a concept.

Which in most cases is erroneous

Other times

It is determined by

Emotions, feelings and fear

Which makes it so unrealistic

Still

Some is determined by

Greed, selfishness, envy and jealousy

Interestingly,

We tend to fashion our Life by Human opinion

Allow ourselves to be judged by peoples

Perspective of what should or should not be

Instead of finding our own definition

Based on our

Personality, beliefs and Orientation

We shy away from self-discovery

Decide not to find out things that are

Consistent with our nature and belief.

It is never cool to flow with the crowd

It is never queer to be different,

If you actions are guided by what is right.

Cos in the end

You are responsible for your actions

Irrespective of whose opinion or advise it is

Listen to opinions

Evaluate and criticize them thoroughly

And make amends where necessary,

In the Light of what is Right and consistent with your nature

Though Listening to opinions is nice

What you do with them becomes .....

.......YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Life is a Process

We are born, like every other, and expected to grow

In nursery we envy those in Primary

And wish we get there sooner than later

In primary we wish we are in Secondary

Daydream about leaving home, away from house chores into boarding schools

But

Little did we know that in Boarding we would do more chores than is necessary

Have little access to that which is ours and live a restricted life.

In secondary we think it is more inconveniencing living this life

Then we earnestly anticipate Tertiary education

A world of freedom without limits

But

As soon as we start enjoying it

ITS OVER!

We are released into a world

Different from what we have known

A world, unknown to us where responsibility is expected

even from those who are Irresponsible

A world for which we have been preparing for all these while

Reality sets in and struggle begins

Soon we start living a triangular Lifestyle

Work - Home- Church/Mosque (occasionally)

And like we did when we were little

We anticipate the future

Posh rides, Mansions, Husband/wife and Children

Without Learning the Lessons of the Day

Having aspiration for positions we are not prepared for

In the end

We attain those heights

Either by nook or by Crook

And wish we never did

Emptiness inside, we become scared of

Moving to the next phase

Dyeing of the hair, plastic surgery

And various degree of upliftment and reduction

Becomes the order of the day

We look back and wish we could turn back time.

To no avail.

Know this

Experience is meant to be a part of Life's learning process

If you fail to learn the lessons of today

You will suffer greatly tomorrow.

LIFE IS NOT A REPOSE, IT IS A PROCESS

Reflections

So funny

How corrupt and insincere beings are

We expect others to do right

While

We take pleasure in wrong-doing

Become foolish in thinking that everyone around is a Fool

Illiterates in our Educated minds

Grossly ignorant at the very peak of enlightenment

Animalistic in thoughts, Disabled in emotions and

Dead in the Conscience

Desiring the best

Without the urge to pay the Price

Selfish, Greedy in the mind

Seeking self freedom

While keeping others in Bounds

When will we become wise?

Get to know that

There is more to life than

Gluttony, drunkenness, Pleasures and Pride

Someone please have a Re-think

EVEN ANIMALS KNOWS THEIR LIMIT

LUV WILL FIND YOU AGAIN

Experience is a dish

Served to all who have sojourned through Life

Some favorable, others harsh and tough

Leading to certain ideology and living trait

The handling of which determines your status

Like every other adult

I have had my fair share of

Pain and pleasure,

Joy and sadness

Tears and laughter

Love and hate.

Have you ever decided to Love

Only to have your Love thrown in the Bin?

Shown care to discover it's not noticed?

Shown concern and it turns to scorn

Soon you become a laughing stock

A subject of mockery and

A reference point to stupidity and foolishness

All because of Love

Such that

You ask if Love really exist or

Just a recurrent theory in

Romantic novels and movies

At such times you take succor in

Daydreams and wishful thoughts

Which only adds to your dilemma and desperation

Fear inevitable, uncertainty a daily companion

You become suspicious of every move

Avoid those seeking companionship and

Resort to isolation.

Believe this or not

An isolated man is desperately wicked

Without Love, care and concern

He is selfish and callous

He becomes a monster

(I Have been there, so i know)

 Know this

Those who left your life,

Left for Good cos

If you relax and look inwards

They were never a part of it.

And every mistake you have made

Should make you a better person not a monster

If your experience is unfair

Keep believing in faith

Reach out

Be open and Positive in your thoughts

Then

Someday, somehow in places unexpected

LOVE WILL SURELY FIND YOU AGAIN.....

Are factors which determines life’s quality

They come

Sometimes as a result of Self effort

Other times as Uplifting from others

But Most times

As a result of harsh and, seemingly, unfavorable conditions

Think and try to understand this

What you make of situations around you is your Responsibility

Same situation which is unfavorable to one, favors another

That which hinders one, elevates another

That which degrades one upgrades another
